Custom Furniture Policy

Because all furniture pieces from Thiphroxquexylan are custom-made to your specifications, we have a specific return policy that reflects the unique nature of our products.

Order Cancellation

Before Production Begins

If you need to cancel your order before production begins, you may do so with the following conditions:

Cancellation must be requested in writing via email
Design fees and deposits may be non-refundable as specified in your order agreement
Any materials already ordered may be subject to restocking fees

After Production Begins

Once production has begun on your custom furniture piece, cancellation may not be possible. In exceptional circumstances, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include:

Modifying the design to better meet your needs
Applying your deposit toward a different project
Partial refund based on work completed and materials used

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your custom furniture arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photographs of the damage or defect
We will arrange for inspection and repair or replacement
All repair or replacement costs will be covered by us

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you discover a quality issue after delivery, we will:

Inspect the piece to assess the issue
Repair any defects in materials or workmanship at no cost to you
Work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction

Warranty

All custom furniture from Thiphroxquexylan comes with a warranty covering:

Structural defects for the lifetime of the piece
Manufacturing defects for one year from delivery
Normal wear and tear is not covered
Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered
